EdgeWall 7000 - The EdgeWall is a rack-mountable network security appliance that sits transparently in the switching fabric at the edge of the network. The EdgeWall screens user and devices, restricts access within the network, inspects traffic for pattern anomalies, and enforces all remediation policies distributed by the Control Server. The EdgeWall also works with patch management products to assure that software revision levels and patches are up-to-date before a device is admitted to the network.
