For applications where call data is sent directly from your PBX to a printer, the CRB-4MB can provide an extra measure of reliability, by ensuring that important data is not lost if the printer malfunctions. The CRB can record data from any PBX system that sends ASCII data via an RS232 interface. Individual baud rates allow simultaneous recording at one speed while outputting data at another speed. And the CRB is fast; you can transfer call records from the CRB to your PC at a maximum rate of 11,500 characters per second.
