Description: RTC-1 - Real Time Clock board with DS1307 Real-Time Clock from Dallas Semiconductor. The DS1307 is a battery-backed, low power, full-BCD clock/calendar with 56 bytes of nonvolatile static RAM. Address and data are transferred serially via I2C 2-wire bus. The clock/calendar provides seconds, minutes, hours, day, date, month and year information. RTC board has a 3Volt standard lithium battery which allows clock/calendar to operate in the absence of external power.
